where's my rebate?

I ordered this product out of the flier because it had a $20 rebate attached to it. Thus far I have not received any word back on how I go about claiming my rebate. I did not get any paperwork when my secretary picked up the order that looks like the forms on the wbsite for claining my rebate. I emailed but have not heard back from anyone yet.
