Good paper lousy box

Paper is very good. Have been using it for many years. New packaging is not good at all. Does not hold up during shipping. Just received a shipment and half of the cartons are split open.

I have not used the paper yet but the boxes came all taped up and banged up. Not a pretty sight. Hopefully the paper will be okay.

The price was right. Ordering the paper for pick up at the store was very convenient. The associate was very nice to carry the case out to my car and put it in the trunk of my car.
