I have a small business as well as putting out an information bulletin for my local religious and civic organizations. I always use Staples paper (having used cases and cases for more than a decade) and have never had a problem with paper jams or misfeeds. The brightness is right on (which is a big thing for me). The cartons are well sealed and the reams are always clean yet the price is geared toward the budget minded consumer. I could not be happier with the product and when Staples has a sale I always stock up. Good job Staples.
