This is a good all-around paper at a good price. My only concern is that there is no free shipping on the 5-ream box which is heavy to carry.

We still have to print a large amount of things so this 20lbs of paper is the best value for us and gets the job done.

Brian was great helping me with renewing my anti viral software. Even though I did not have an appt he made time to help me. I have actually worked with Brian on my computer needs for years. He is extremely professional and very helpful. Overall I do like the San Ramon store. Good customer service
