Would have hoped for a better price on a single ream of paper.

Always a good deal. I like the 5 ream cases - easier to carry.

I was greeted by a friendly employee when I came in. The selection available for the items I wanted (report folders dividers and binder pockets) was not very good; in fact they did not carry the type of report folders I was looking for so I had to settle for inferior ones. My rating went from four stars to only two when the checker didn't bother to say "thank you" at the conclusion of the transaction.
