Customer service person retrieved my order very quickly and an employee carried the box to my car for me. I don’t think I’ve purchased paper anywhere else in the past 5 years.

I forgot what printer's ink I purchased. The manager looked up my recent purchases and was able to tell me what kind of ink cartridge I needed to buy. Then I was completely befuddled by the updated fax process and a staff member walked me through the process step by step. I have had similar positive experiences in this store in the past.
