I was disappointed that the drawers are not on glides like regular file cabinets. Once filled with files the drawers are heavy and rather difficult to open. I wish I had known this before ordering this particular file. Not really happy with it.

Having purchased a very heavy and difficult file cabinet from Amazon all you need to do with this well made metal cabinet is put on the drawer handles and wheels and you're ready to go! Do not be fooled by fancy fake wood cabinets. Assembly is really difficult. Go simple. Go with this file cabinet from Staples!

It was easy to put together. Only thing I didn't like was how the wheels were installed. Front wheels only had two holes to screw and the back wheels you just slide them on. Nothing holding them in but the frame. So to make sure they don't come off I super glued them on. They are never coming off. LOL
