2 BIG PROBLEMS: DRAWERS DON'T COME OUT ALL THE WAY & CABINET FALLS FORWARD WITH BOTH DRAWERS OPEN

This Office Designs 18in. 2Drawer White File Cabinet looks good and fits the space in my office. Two big problems with how it works... (1) Both drawers do not come-out all the way. 1/3 of the files in the back of each drawer are hidden and impossible to lift out...without compressing all the files to the front of the drawer. (2) With both drawers open the whole cabinet falls forward. At first I considered returning the file cabinet for a refund...and I still might. I kept the box. It's just a pain-in-the-neck to pull all my files and shop for another cabinet.

I like my file cabinet

I like my file cabinet very much. It has all the features that I was looking for… The wheels so I can rolled around two drawers easy to assemble and the fact that I could get it in white. Many places don't offer white as an option just black or sometimes gray. And the fact that it has a lock is a bonus even though I probably won't need to use it much. So I am very happy and satisfied.

Fits Well Under Counter

We were looking for compact white filing cabinets that fit under a counter in our study. These worked out well. Did not put on casters so had to make sure bottom drawer was filled so cabinet wouldn't tip forward when opening top drawer.

One drawback is that it is on wheels - not steady. A second drawback is that the drawers are not deep enough to hold a sufficient quantity of files.

The file cabinet I bought broke down the metal pealed away inside in the back and caused the front of the drawer to warp and bend I had to buy another one elsewhere that was more sturdy for using for a file cabinet in my office.
