It's good looking and seems sturdy enough for my use. (file folders not tightly packed.) The drawers are 18 inches deep but only open to 12 inches. To fill the drawer you are putting files n so deep that you can't easily see them. 12 iinches in each drawer is good enough for me. I put a towel in back to keep the files from sliding to the back. I actually bought two and put a door on top and made a desk. With the wheels off it's just the right height.

The bottom drawer was difficult to open and close from the beginning. After less than two months of use neither drawer opens or closes properly. The construction is horrible and the cabinet is unusable.
