I would have given a rating of 5 except that the instructions didn't specify that you can't use a manual screwdriver to lock in the front wheels. The holes were too small for the screws to go in. I had to get a neighbor to do it for me. Other than that the cabinet is great. I use it to store my unused papers for scrapbooking in folders labelled for different themes.

The locking system is not secure. If you open the upper drawer too much the entire cabinet may tilt forward. Just make sure you understand it is not a commercial grade cabinet.

Good for a home office just don’t think you can fill the drawers with files. At about 2/3 full the drawers get pretty sluggish. This is a good light duty file cabinet.
