Ok for home use went together easily. Drawers are not on ball bearing slides but so far slide ok. Dropping hanging files into place takes some thought to get them centered between ledges running the length of the drawer at the bottom corners. Not a good choice if hanging folders need to be pulled and reinserted frequently. Folders going in are a bit easier to center between these ledges if you tilt them on the way down to get past one ledge first. But it’s a snug fit often needs two hands even for light folders. If you are used to just “dropping” a folder in doesn’t happen easily here.
