I was a little surprised that it was not as sturdy as I thought it would be. Also did not know that the frame was build in so that I did not need to purchase a frame to hang the folders on. I did buy the frame and when I discussed with online representative she never mentioned that I did not need to buy a separate frame. I purchased one frame would not work so I called again and again I asked the clerk to look at my file cabinet and from her help purchased another frame which I did not need. So I got refunded for the first set of frames but the second set I said forget it not worth the trouble. So I have something that I cannot use but it has been cut so into the recycling bin because I do not know anyone would have a use for. The first and second representatives were very friendly but we even discussed that I would have to get a frame. So for the representatives I would give a 3 for not really looking at the file cabinet that I had purchased. In the future I will not be buying office furniture from Staples unless I am able to go to the store. Thanks a lot!!!

Useful as a basic file cabinet which is what I needed. Didn't rate 5 stars because the screws for the wheels did not fit the holes so I wasn't able to attach the wheels.

Easy to assemble. Need to load bottom drawer first otherwise it tips over easily. If on hardwood floors or flat floors it rolls easy but you need to hold it when opening drawers. If on carpet it doesn't roll. When you open drawers you can't fully open to expose the complete drawer. The last few inches are blocked and you need to put files in flat and slide to back. Be careful when opening top drawer it may become top heavy and tip if bottom drawer is not full. These are just a few safety precautions to take. It would make a great under a table cabinet if table is high enough to slip file cabinet under it. Otherwise for the purpose I bought it for it is perfect.
