The file is fine and actually arrived the next day! However it does have a small but noticiable dent in the top. I decided it’s too much trouble to return. But I was disappointed. I would not recommend it.

The holes for the wheels don’t line up correctly

It works fine I suppose if you don’t need the wheels but the holes were cut wrong and don’t line up. I even had an engineer friend look at it. He said the holes were cut incorrectly.
