We would purchase this product again!

We had delt for years with a three hole punch having to readjust the middle hole punch button every time we used it. Often we had to take a "hand puncher" and redo the middle hole! If the paper was being prepared for a presentation or to give to a group it looked "unprofessional". FINALLY in frustration we went to our favorite office supply store to purchase a new one. A wonderful Staples employee who was usually in a more technical area of the store helped us locate the display area for hole punchers and guided us in our decision of which to purchase. Once home we immediately "put it to the test". It performed beautifully cleanly punching through a stack of 10 pages with ease! Not only do we HIGHLY recommend this item but also for those who have not made Staples their #one choice for office supplies we would recommend "checking out" the knowledgeable helpful "always with a smile" staff! No instructions!! Help please

How does one lock the handle? No instructions included in box. I am unable to lock handle so it lies flat as indicated on outside of box.

The sound this unit makes when in use exemplifies a solid and quality construction. Highly recommended. I purchased a cheaper yet inferior unit before this one an am more than satisfied.

Great 3-hole punch

I selected this 3-hole punch since I often need to punch holes in documents with 20 or more pages. This Staples punch was advertised to punch holes in up to 30 pages and a name-brand unit at the same price was advertised to punch up to 20 pages. I am glad I selected the Staples one. So far it has been reliable and has punched through what I needed. with little effort on my part.
