Smooth hole punching; not as easy to get sheets in

This product is surprisingly easy to use with little pressure needed to hole punch paper. It's nice that it locks closed so that you can easily store it. The downside is that there is no guide to help the paper get in. Sometimes the paper gets caught against the metal corners near the hold punchers. It's not a deal breaker but it would make the product five star if it had it.

Much better than lower profile ones

Much better than the lower profile ones on the market. I do about 15 pages at a time easily. More than 20 and you have to put your weight behind it. After about a year's heavy use (40 000 pages) it seems the blades dull a bit. You need to press more firmly to punch the hole way through or you get "hanging chads". Cut nicely when it was new.
