Once I determined how to open it I was quite satisfied. I believe it will be much better than my old one which developed a split in the rubber tray almost from the beginning and often spilled paper dots all over the floor and carpet. I like the smooth action and I believe I will be able to use it for a very long time. The main reason that I bought the Heavy-Duty punch was to decrease the amount of pressure required to use my old 3-hole punch. This means a lot because it is less stress on my wrist and fingers.

We can't believe how much easier it is to use this hole punch. We recently had several manuals to assemble and the work went so much quicker using this item. It is so easy to use and does not require a great deal of pressure or putting your weight on the handle to use the hole punch for a thick stack of papers. It truly is a "one-touch" hole puncher. This was not the hole punch I originally intended to purchase but we are so glad we bought it. It definitely an asset to any office. I would definitely buy it again.

Good Product. Heavy duty construction makes it almost office ready. I am organizing various documents into binders and needed a well-made heavy duty 3-hole punch to assemble the documents. This product made it easy to punch the holes several pages at-a-time rather than one-at-a-time. Also unlike many other 3-hole punches that I have used this one does not shed the punched holes all over the work space. The receptacle for the punched holes covers the entire bottom of the puncher keeping them in the tray.

We are truly happy with this hole punch. It has a lock on it and it punches up to 8 pages of paper. Very well pleased with it and glad we bought it. The other one we had to use a single hole punch 9 times out of 10 to get all the holes to go through. Highly recommend it.
