It's a work horse and does the job just as described in the staples advertisement. It's a must have in any home office for projects that require that they be bound or in folders..

At first I thought this hole punch was a little pricey but now that I've used it I understand the large number of favorable reviews. I don't know how the punch assist works but it sure does! The unit requires little effort to cleanly punch 20 sheets of paper. It is well made and sturdy. I highly recommend it!
