At first I thought this hole punch was a little pricey but now that I've used it I understand the large number of favorable reviews. I don't know how the punch assist works but it sure does! The unit requires little effort to cleanly punch 20 sheets of paper. It is well made and sturdy. I highly recommend it!

This multi sheet 3 hole puncher works very well so far. It's sturdy and smooth (not rough and rugged and hard to punch like some others). Glad I purchased and would buy again.
