The file drawers move easily it's well bit but the lower rating is because none of the screws provided fit for attaching the feet and wheels. They were larger than the pre-drilled holes so I had to find my own to attach the feet.

I thought that they was quick on the delivery . But when I opened it there wasn't enough screws. The man at my local store was no help so I had to go and buy 7 screws so I didn't have to send it back because the store said I couldn't bring it in for them to send back. Other then that I like it.

Couldn't be happier with the filing cabinet! I needed 2 smaller drawers and the one big one is just enough. I have room for everything I wanted to keep close to me in the cabinet. Its sturdy and built really good. 'The price was decent so I'm good to go.

File was on display at store. I was able to purchase one from stock. Store attendant loaded file into my automobile. Purchase was made quickly and cashier was very friendly and efficient. Assembly was easy and file was undamaged and as expected.
