Easy to attach wheels and handles. You just need a simple Phillips Head screwdriver. The file drawer takes hanging files.

The file drawers move easily it's well bit but the lower rating is because none of the screws provided fit for attaching the feet and wheels. They were larger than the pre-drilled holes so I had to find my own to attach the feet.
