The quality is great. I have tight quarters so it is also used as my laptop desk top. Wheels roll smoothly for moving around. Draws go in and out smoothly as well and it is very sturdy. Very pleased with it.

It was very disappointing without screws to attach wheels. A new one was sent us and that is excellent. We deeply appreciated the quick response to all the work to set up file and find it was incomplete. The new one made us feel much more positive about ordering from staples.carol poll

NB: Hanging files go *sideways*

Somebody complained "hanging files don't hang properly front-to-back: the width is wrong". That is the purpose of the two black metal slats in the bottom drawer. Hook them across the width of the drawer in the provided slots: one in the front and one in one of the 3 provided slots in the back. Now you have rails for letter legal hanging files that hook front and back thus sliding left and right.

I'm delighted with the cabinet -- one file drawer and two small drawers. I expected my drawer organizers to be too big but they fit in perfectly. The drawer sliders are of exceptional quality. They allow the drawers to slide all the way out to their ends.
