Only drawback: The accordion folds at the bottom of the files don't easily fold back into place after being expanded. You can easily do it manually but it's not like plastic expanding files that practically pop back into place on their own. No big deal really.

Sturdy easy to organize

I was looking for an open-topped accordion file but this purchase met my space requirements better. I simply used post-its as divider tabs within the folder. The accordion-style creases along the bottom help the papers stay in place.
