I use these files in a file box(which the files easily hang from) I bought elsewhere for our bills and important paperwork. The different colors help keep them all organized easily. The red is the most important!! Eye catching color for important bills that need immediate attention. I have one for myself and one for my husband. Then one for the household pets whatever. I'm going to purchase another for craft patterns too...hmmm got me thinking...what else...

No more lost receipts!

I am converting all our files to this style. Why? I lost a receipt that I needed for taxes. I knew I filed it but it must have fallen out of the folder. We have open rolling files. Even with regular file drawers papers fall out when you take folders out have them on you desk etc. Even our bookkeeper asked Where did you get these? These are well worth the extra time and money to replace all your files. We use for business and personal files.
