I use these hanging file folders to store all of my/our paid bills/medically related papers/all tax necessary forms FOR EACH AND EVERY CALENDAR YEAR. I’ve had some of these files IN THE PAST YEARS THAT HAD A WIDER EXPANSION WITH THE CLOSED SIDES (as per these). With this size expansion I sometimes NEED 2 FOLDERS TO HOLD ALL OF THE COLLECTED PAPERS (especially for all of our Medically Related Paperwork now that we’re senior citizens). For example a 5” expandable hanging file folder WOULD BE AWESOME for us.

I love these hanging pocket files. The ends are closed so contents do not tumble out when you're handling them. They expand to hold a lot of content.
