[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this product is one of the higher quality than some of the other brand mechanical pencils on market. I like the clean eraser and the thickness of the lead. I also like the feel of the pencil. It has the weight of a pen. I didn't like the colors. Too bright for my high school student. Also gave it 4 stars because after awhile the entire point retracts back in the pencil causing you to have to stop and click it back down a few times.

Or have an un-sharpened pencil and you don't have time to sharpen it? Well, with BIC Velocity Pencils just one click on top and BAM it's like a new pencil !That's one of my favorite thing about these colorful pencils and now here is a list in detail every thing on the pencils... ?Packaging? - Colorful - Attention grabbing - Simple but still attractive - Shows that there is extra lead and eraser and that makes it look good and it also makes it look like your pack of pencils are going to last a long time:) Packaging is important because it gives a great first impression ?Pencil? - Colorful - Really really nice grip - YOU NEVER HAVE TO SHARPEN ?Lead? - Glides like a pen which is really nice and not like other mechanical pencils - REALLY nice for cursive - Improves handwriting - Smooth all across the paper?? - Great when children are struggling with writing ?Eraser? - Does the job in one swipe - Barely leaves eraser shavings which is always good I can't wait to use these pencils while testing I won't get in trouble because they are the perfect pencils

They write smooth like a ball point pen, the lead doesn't break after writing a fea letters and the grip of the pencil in your hand is awesome. I really didn't think there could be a lot of difference in pencils but I was wrong. Thank you BzzAgent for giving me a chance to use this pencil for free. I'm Definately sold. I will also post my daughters opinions tomorrow when she gets home. Highly recommend.

I have a 13 yr old that does nothing but draw and write all day, and the refillable option is great! I also like that they come with extra erasers, because my 1st grader has a lot of erasing to do with her doodling on her homework!!! Comfortable, efficient, easy!!!!

The mechanics of the pencil were good they wrote nice. The packaging was good similar to other packaging we've seen before. I think I would buy and use them

I never liked the way the old mechanical pencils felt. I also love the eraser and it even has a cap on it. The colors were amazing and the rubber grip feels good in your hand. They write wonderfully and both of my kids love them. They say they work really well when they are drawing. I absolutely loved that they came with extra lead and extra ERASERS. Never have I seen them with extra erasers. BONUS!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually use a regular old pencil since all the mechanical pencils I've used just weren't good. Trying the new Bic velocity mechanical pencil was a good experience. I had to take notes in my contemporary math class & used the Bic velocity, not only did it write dark but the lead didn't break. The only thing I would change is the thinness of the lines. I don't know if this would effect how well the lead doesn't break but I like a thinner line. Other than that it held up well & the eraser didn't crumble into bits when used.
