Best Mechanical Pencils Yet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am totally in love with Velocity from BIC. It's helpful for the kids to write with as they aren't teeny tiny in there hands. It also has this nice comfort sleeve for where the fingers do so there isn't hard wood or plastic making indentions in the fingers. We can write for hours on end and it doesn't make our hands cramp up from repeated use. They erase clean away when mistakes are made.

The eraser actually erases and doesn't smudge the lead around. The pencil isn't thin or cheap looking. I use it for school. The package comes with a handy pack of lead and erasers, too! BIC did an amazing job with these pencils.

Once again, BIC has a winner with the Velocity mechanical pencils. My son loves them. I love them. They are so easy to use. No need to sharpen...I so love this and it doesn't smudge. My son has already asked if he can bring them on the first day of school. I keep one in my purse and of course, they're in the pencil drawer at home. If you're looking for a great pencil, this is a must try.

In my opinion, they wrote very smoothly and the erasers are very good without causing any smudges like other brands. The lead itself is similar to others, doesn't break easily, but compared to others it does write a lot smoother. Also the colors make it a lot more exciting to write with because kids love picking their favorite colors to do everything. So overall a very nice product and would recommend!

I was the one who ended up using them though and I usually don't like automatic pencils. They come in great colors, they write nice, and have capped erasers and rubber grips. I would greatly recommend these to anyone who prefers an automatic pencil...and even to those who don't! Great product!
