[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These came in time to give to my 2 girls for school. Good thing they were free! My daughter went through all 5 pencils plus the replacement lead in a week. They should last longer than that! Part of it is my daughter puts a lot of pressure on pens/pencils, but kids use pencils more often than adults and the leaf should have better quality to withstand it. I probably won't buy them for the kids for school. Cheap wooden pencils are sturdier and last longer for them.

The lead of the mechanical pencil is strong and does not break easily even if you are heavy handed. When it is used to write it is smooth and the perfect pigmentation. They liked the variety of colors and with the extra package of pencils they distributed the pencil among their friends and they loved them, they have even asked my children and handed them a coupon to purchase. I myself used one for school notes and I loved it compared to previous mechanical pencils I have used in the past. These is a mechanical pencil is a trusted product for all ages!!!

I gave him one of these to try and I was impressed that he didn't break it nearly as much as he was with other mechanical pencils. He was excited because he got to use them. The colors are nice colors too.

These pencils are not only fun and colorful, they really write well too. Nice and smooth, loved that they came in .7 lead. And no squeaking! The eraser works really well and doesn't leave smudge marks all over your paper. Definitely getting some of these for the kids for school. They are excited to use these pencils!
