[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think these are great pencils! The vibrant colors are a plus. When I used these they seem to be sturdier then the previous ones we have used in the past. Knowing they won't snap or shatter is good. My daughter wanted to take some of these to school instead of the usual ones we get for her so we are glad we got to test these out.

They're not like the mechanical pencils I remember using in school as a child, where the leads would break constantly, and they were hard to erase. And they were expensive! They are excited about the colors and the refills that came with them. I was surprised at how easy it was to erase mistakes, so the paper looks neater when they are done writing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised (first of all) to receive two packs of Bic Verocity pens, and even more surprised to see that the packs contained (not one) but 5 pencils along with refills of lead and erasers. It's always nice to get more then what you expect. The pencils (I thought were nicely constructed with a rubber grip for your fingers. A nice feature if you do a lot of writing. The pencils write smoothly, and clean. Reading over the package I also noticed that Bic offers (what they call) a Bic Performance Policy!! That if you are not satisfied with the product you can return it for a full refund (how rare is that now a days). I also liked the color choices (fun). If I found any fault in the pencils, (and this is just a personal thing) I wish the lead was a bit thicker, making it more sturdy. Some people are heavy" handed (me) when it comes to writing. Other then that I enjoy using the pencils very much"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think the best thing I like about the Bic mechanical pencils is that the leg is darker than other regular mechanical pencil and it is break resistant those are the two main factors that really truly to this mechanical pencil and all the fun colors to choose from it also has a great soft grip and my children really love to draw they are very creative and I encourage them to do so and when they got their pencils they both pick their favorite colors and started to draw they're having a lot of fun drawing and being creative so I personally would recommend. the BICvelocity mechanical pencils
