I honestly thought that I would just put these in the home school cabinet for my daughter but after using them I can say that I will keep them hidden away from her....ok I will just have to go get her some as well. But I will keep some hidden for me. They are amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are probably the best mechanical pencils we have used at our house, and I've tried a lot! They write very smoothly, and the lead is strong enough to not break off 5 times per page! They also erase very cleanly, not leaving behind mystery grey lines on the paper. I'm so happy my kids like using these and we aren't fighting over sharpening the old style!

Normally he writes big and bold, but since we've been using these mechanical pencils by Bic, his handwriting has been neater. Maybe its because the pencil glides smoothly on the paper. He also had a bad habit of pressing hard onto the paper but not anymore. My son loves these pencil, so we will continue to use them. Great product BIC!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these pencils. I am a mechanical pencil user and always have been but these pencils have help up better than the typical mechanical pencil. I do accounting work and I use pencils a lot because I have to make changes and this pencil is great. Also I like that the lead doesn't break as easy as other brands. My son liked to use them for his drawings too but I think that I actually like them more than he does. I will be buying these in the future.

We were excited to try the new BICVelocity mechanical pencils. I use them at work and they are great. Every now and then if I need to change something it erases beautifully.
