My kids love them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughters both prefer mechanical pencils to regular pencils. They like that they don't need sharpening. My artist daughter loves the fine line, that the pencil doesn't go blunt like a regular wood pencil. They are always losing their sharpener, so not needing one is a bonus! the girls like the pretty colors and how the lead feels on the paper. My oldest said that the eraser did leave marks behind so that could be better. The finger grip was comfortable and did not feel bulky when using. It allows for better control of the pencil. For my youngest who struggles with writing, having a pencil not be the issue is a huge win for me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love Bic Velocity pencils , The lead is so smooth you barely even know you are writing, The lead has not snapped on me or the kids and is one tough pencil. The grip is perfect and doesn't give you blisters like a pencil would . The eraser works great and is very tough, doesn't bend or snap off I am very happy with these and look forward to using them daily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the best mechanical pencils my children have ever used. They loved that they didn't smudge when using the eraser and they each said the lead lasts so much longer than other mechanical pencils we have purchased in the past.

Smoother and stronger

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son needed mechanical pencils for his engineering class so I gave him one Bic Velocity and one store brand. Literally the next day he gave me back the store brand pencil complaining that it broke too much and the lead wasn't very dark. He asked for another velocity. What he liked about it was the dark, smooth writing on his graphs and the lead was strong and hard to break. He also liked the size of the barrel of the pencil--the store brand was much thinner. My son found the Bic Velocity easy to hold on to. I like the lead/eraser refill pack.

The best mechanical pencil - EVVVVA!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Do you remember mechanical pencils when you were a kid. They looked cool but the slightest pressure made the tip break.
Well those days are long gone now, my friend. These pencils not only look cool but are so, so strong. No breaking, no marks on paper and no need to curse when writing.
My kids love using them at school and keep asking me to buy more because friends "borrow" theirs and never return them. To be honest, I have a few that I keep and use myself.
Trust me, once you use Velocity, you won't go back to the old pencils.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While the colors were refreshing and fun the overall product wasn't much different than previous mechanical pencils. My son is hard on them and while these served the basic purpose of a writing utensil they didn't hold up as I had hoped. I was expecting a sturdier lead and less shedding from the erasers. On the plus side they did provide replacement erasers which is rare. In speaking with other Mom's they shared similar experiences. So, ultimately they write and erase as needed but nothing beyond what any other mechanical pencil has to offer.

Best Mechanical Pencils!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like how Bic Velocity mechanical #2 pencils has a mixture of colorful barrel toned pencils instead of the normal boring yellow toned #2 pencils. The lead is very sturdy so when you are writing, it doesn't slip back inside the barrel or break off as easily. With smooth dark writing, your work is sure to look flawless! Bic Velocity pencils also has the best eraser I've ever used. They leave no smudges and takes away your mistakes effortlessly. My oldest son loves using his everyday for school and I also keep a pack of them in my car for jotting down reminders throughout the day. Excellent pencils to have!
