BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these BIC mechanical pencils in exchange for my complete and honest review from BIC. Pros: Come in really bright, vibrant colors Comes with EXTRA lead and erasers...BONUS!!! Erasers completely erase clean without smudging or tearing your paper. Lead writes very smooth and dark like I prefer Lead easily advances up the pencil barrel Has a nice, comfortable grip Tip is retractable so it is not poking things in your pocket, bag, etc. Cons: Sometimes the retractable tip goes back in when you are writing. Can be ANNOYING. The lead is a nice, fine lead that writes dark, but since it's so fine, it can snap pretty easily. This makes you use more lead than really necessary, or you have to only click out a really tiny portion at a time. Overall thoughts: Despite a little issue with breakage of lead, it is not something that would prohibit me from buying these pencils. I really like how they write and they are a good value for the money. The erasers aren't tiny and will really last, especially since you get a few extra in the package. The barrels are not cheap like some mechanical pencils are, so this will last and not be something you throw out once the lead is gone. I would definitely recommend purchasing these!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these pencils for free in exchange for my honest opinion. These are great. They write very smoothly. The soft rubber grip provides writing comfort and control. The eraser is very high quality and durable too. My son loved this pencil. I very much recommend these mechanical pencils.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how these pencils fit in your hand. My son is a lefty and he loved the way they felt. They also write very well. These are very high quality. My son didn't have to press down hard resulting in broken lead. LOVE that they came with lead AND eraser refills. We will definitely be buying more of these for the school year.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 11 year old son is going back to school in style next month and he's going to have a new set of #BICVelocity Mechanical #2 pencils! He is super excited because he's always wanted to use some and these come in awesome colors too. They even have grippers and are designed for a great hold! These aren't no cheap pencils eaither. The lead is pretty good and doesn't break super easily and the pencils are easy to use too. We definitely love them. #gotitfree from #BzzAgent!

Best Pencil I have ever used!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hands down, the best pencil I have ever used. I have had more than enough homework nights ruined because a pencil would not sharpen, we could not find a pencil that was not broken or the lead would not break as soon as you started writing. These pencils are not only great colors, but they are sturdy, the lead does not break and they last well! I love them. I will not be buying cheaper lead pencil ever again. These are amazing. I have been using them for my calendar, the eraser works great when I have to change plans. I am in love with these pencils!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pencils provided by BzzAgent and those I have purchased myself have been the brand I have been purchasing for a number of years. These help keep my kids schoolwork neat and tidy. Easy erasing, easy writing. The only time I buy a traditional pencil now is for SATs for which they are required. These are requested by my 3 children every year and during the year for school.
