BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a great Mechanical pencil. The pack even comes with extra erasers and lead. The pencils write so nice, just like a regular pencil - but with the added bonus of being mechanical. The eraser does a great job of erasing all your mistakes - doesn't leave too much pencil behind. I will be buying these pencils for my boys to take to school. So many mechanical pencils you buy these days are just so cheaply made - but not these BIC Velocity Pencils - they are sturdy and have a nice plastic piece near the bottom to give you a better grip. Love these pencils!

The pencil that looks like a pen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As my children did their Summer work, I was happy to give them these pencils to check out. Both of my kids prefer mechanical pencils although they often complain about the tips breaking when they are writing. This is usually when they are working on Math and even the few seconds it takes to reload" the mechanical pencil can affect their learning. I placed these on the table and both kids saw them and did not believe they were pencils - they look so sturdy compared to normal mechanical pencils. When they started their Summer work

BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Normally I don't care for mechanical pencils. They tend to break too easily and make that horrible nails on a chalkboard" sound. So when I first received the BIC velocity pencils I was skeptical to say the least. Imagine my surprise at how much I actually enjoyed using them. The lead in the pencil is stronger than most mechanical pencils I have used in the past. I can write with them without them breaking like I am used to. It also has a smooth writing surface and I have not once heard the annoying sound I'm used to hearing. I had my daughter use some for school to see her reaction. She has the same problem as I do about the lead breaking easily. She asked me to get her some more as that she loves BIC velocity mechanical pencils. I was happy to oblige. I have since recommended to all the parents I know and have received the same reaction from them and their children. They all love BIC velocity mechanical pencils."

Smooth and Strong

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids and I love these Bic Velocity Mechanical Pencils. They have a comfortable built in finger grip which is so helpful for my child that struggles with fine motor skills. The lead is much stronger than traditional mechanical pencil lead and the writing is very smooth. The pack even comes with extra lead and erasers. When we erase mistakes, they disappear cleanly without tearing the paper. My kids are more eager to write when using these bright colored pencils. We got a free sample but we will definitely purchase more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think these pencils are absolutely amazing. I probably won't buy any other brand now. They write extremely smooth and do not break easily either
