One les frustration for homework!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids loved the colors of these pencils. There were plenty of to choose from so there were no fights over who got what. Yay! The lead is nice and dark and easy to read but also erases smoothly with rubbing so hard it rips the paper. The lead didn't break constantly like others we have tried before and the pack came with lots of extra erasers and lead. These pencils were great addition to our homework routine and we'll definitely be buying these again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A long time fan of BIC's Velocity ink pens, I was overjoyed to receive these Velocity Mechanical Pencil. I know I should pass these on to the kids for school, but I just can't part with them. I did, however share one or two with my husband. I have to sketch whole houses for work, and these Velocity mechanical pencils are great. I don't have to worry about the lead breaking, or needing a sharpener, and the fact that you can add more lead/erasers as needed is awesome. These are tough with a good smooth lead, and I am in love. My husband, learning to fly planes, loves that these have a tab for him to hook his pencil into his knee board while in the air, making it easy access for quick notes while on the go. BIC has kept up their standard of quality with these mechanical pencils.

They write better, another and are easy to use.. I have a child that is so picky about everything and yes, her penciled are no exception, she loves the Velocity pencils.. You will love them also..

They write easily and smoothly...and they just look super cool! The lead is not constantly breaking like some others...and they have super soft grips to save your fingers and erasers to correct those mistakes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The kids and I have been able to try these great mechanical pencils. I know what you're thinking...they're all the same. I thought that too but these are pretty darn spiffy. The encasing is a nice solid plastic with a soft rubber finger placement, where the lead comes out is metal, and instead of the eraser being all lose it has a plastic cap for protection and to prevent it from falling off and getting lost. When it comes to writing it is smooth and consistent and thicker lead than most so it doesn't break as easy. And to add another plus to it...there is a nice set" of extra eraser heads and lead to go along with it! The only downside is that they are on the pricey side...#BICVelocity and #GotItFree"

So far they have not broken them once! Truly enjoying these pencils and the little bit of convenience it brings.

great pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They write very smoothly. I haven't had an issue with putting too much pressure and having the lead snap. My friend who actually has this issue with a lot of pencils doesn't have it with these either. The erasers on these pencils are pretty nice too. They don't seem to disintegrate into tiny specks like ones on cheaper mechanical pencils. They also don't make that horrible 'noise' that the pink erasers do either, which is great. One thing I do dislike about these though is that they get used up pretty quickly. I've been mainly only using the pink pencil and eraser is about halfway gone already and it's only been about 3 weeks since I got these. It's a little disappointing, but the pack does come with extra erasers. I'd definitely recommend getting a separate eraser though, like one of the the big rectangle ones. Speaking of erasers, one thing I don't understand is the caps. The erasers have caps on them. ...Why? The whole cap thing is why I had to get these in the first place. I think they're supposed to prevent having the lead get pushed out accidentally while you have the pencils in your bag or a case or something. However, upon trying out these pencils for the first time, I immediately lost two of the caps. They're clear so they are very difficult to find if you misplace them. Be careful
