[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before a meeting co-workers were talking about a new pen. I shared about the BIC Velocity mechanical pencil. It writes extremely smoothly (writing looks like a pen), it is erasable (very convenient), and the thick lead doesn't break.

A good drawing pencil

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After receiving our free sample from bzzagent my 16 year old daughter was excited to try them out. She is constantly breaking lead when drawing. This pencil held up to her hard hand and did not break like many other pencils have. We have already went out and bought 2 more packs with some of the coupons we got.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After testing out the pencils on myself, I decided to let my daughter whom is a senior in high school try them out. She absolutely loved them. She liked how the pencils were a little bit thicker than her normal mechanical pencils that she uses. She liked the grip that was on the pencil. She said that the pencils had a smoother feeling when writing. Not to mentioned, she loved the pretty colors. I'm glad that I was able to receive these for free to test out. She has these on her back to school list now. I'm glad coupons were included, I can use those to buy more pencils.

They actually wanted to do more and draw alot with these pencils and also kept telling me how easy they were to use. They love them so much they want me to make sure they have them for school too.

Plastic is good quality and does not break as easliy as cheaply made pencils. Great product and they make my kids handwriting neater. Now can they only make a pencil that has kids liking to do their homework?

Not revolutionary, but effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pencils were overall a good experience to use. I loved that they were mechanical, because I never use wooden pencils anymore (they're inconvenient and bad for the environment). To me, the pencils were relatively comfortable to hold; the grip was soft without being obnoxious. The eraser is pretty standard, and didn't run out as quickly as I expected. Personally I'm not a fan of the plastic cover over the eraser but it can easily be taken off so it wasn't an issue for me. I would probably buy these pencils again just because they work well, although there wasn't anything too novel or revolutionary about them in my opinion.

She really loves how they do not need sharpening, and she's even more excited about how colorful they are--her favorite color is the purple one! She really loves writing with these in school and when doing homework.
