Smooth writing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this is one of my favorite mecanical pencils! They write clearly and smoothly. I an going to refined these too my students. Some of the cheaper pencils break easily our write chompy but these, were great!

To use eraser or not to use eraser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this pencil. It writes and feels like a pen in my hand. The only thing that I am not 100% sure of is the eraser. I love how it erases. I erases very well and again, because the pencil feels so good in my hand, it is easy to hold to erase whatever. The problem that I came across and it took me a few times to figure it out was that when I am erasing, the pencil lead comes out. The first few times, not realizing it had come out, when I went to use the pencil and lead was out pretty far, I wondered who had done it. Yesterday, as I was using the eraser, I realized I am the one that was doing it. I think the lead comes out pretty easily which is fine and nice when I am writing and need it to come out, but when I don't want it to come out, then a big piece of lead is wasted and trust me, I don't want to waste any of the lead because I love to write with the pencil

All the fun and different colors, each to match the many subjects in school. While I love the fact that BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils are a very smart buying option for parents instead of the traditional lead pencils, my daughter loves the comfort grip and amazing colors. BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils also come with extra lead and erasers in each 5-pack, saving a few trips to the store, particularly with my daughter using them for all of her school work and homework. There is no need to purchase traditional pencils, the pencil sharpener and bulky erasers. With BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils, one package is it because it includes lead with erasers. BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils write so smoothly plus dark enough to see in notebooks, color paper and Kraft paper. It's the only choice for my daughter now. She will never go back to traditional pencils.

Not all mechanical pencils are created equal. The bright colors of the cases and the comfortable grip. The bonus is the container of lead refill. Very convenient. My kids love the convenience of a mechanical pencil because they don't have to sharpen every time the lead disappears. I like the mechanical pencils because I don't see pencil shaving in random places of the house. Excellent product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was greatly surprised to see BIC Velocity Mechanical Pencils came with extra erasers! That is a definate plus and refillable lead that is another plus of this great mechanical pencil. For fine line writing and smaller writing I would recommend this pencil it helps you get right to the point of things with the lead being smaller than your normal #2 pencils. If I were shopping for this pencil I would want to know it comes with the extra erasers and the lead so you have no worries about running out of either. The grip on the pencil is easy to hold as well so you don't have the pencil slipping between your fingers. You don't have to add a bulky eraser to the end of your mechanical pencils any more that ends up splitting and cracking on you and you don't have to throw them away because the eraser is used up any more! I think this is a great pencil and with the extra lead and erasers you can't go wrong.
