The pouches are sized perfectly for a 4x6 inch card. After the heat laminating the pouch is crystal clear and heavy enough to stand up to frequent use while not being overly rigid.

Have been using these for years and they work great. I copy recipes onto a 4"x6" index card insert the card into the pouch and laminate. Cards are easy to file are waterproof and stay clean. If they get soiled a simple wipe with a damp cloth returns them to their original state. I highly recommend these thermal pouches.
