Adequate for 6 hanging file folders

Small But Durable

I just purchased two of these portable file boxes to be kept in two separate offices because I was looking for something that was durable, especially with the lid clasp. I was looking at other boxes in the store when an employee mentioned another area where the Bankers Box products were located and recommended them as a quality, affordable product. The two sizes were either a little smaller than planned or too big for my needs, however comparing these to other products the difference in durability was apparent. I like the modular design and should I require more, I will most likely seek out the same product.
Pros: appearance, Comfortable Handles, Compatible with other Filing Products, Quality Construction, Stacking Strength, Tear Resistant Handles, value
Cons: depth size

good product to organize the lab stuff

I use this product to organize my lab stuff. I used to use a different product but its durability was terrible because it gets crack easily and I needed to buy it three times a year. Also, it did not have a handle to carry. Our lab manager found this product and purchased. This is very durable and easy to carry because it has a handle. I am very satisfied with this product.

Great Boxes for Organizing

I finally retired my old accordion box and wanted something I could stack, have ease in carrying that would stand up to being bumped around. I like these boxes cause they feel sturdy, have an attached lid I don't have to remove. Strong handle. I like the added little storage on the top. I just wished this was double the size but rather then that it works for my needs.
Pros: appearance, Comfortable Handles, Quality Construction, Space to Label, Stacking Strength, Tear Resistant Handles, value
Cons: wished it was double the size, wished it had starter folders in the product

Excited to File Papers

I am very excited about this filing solution. I do not have many of physical documents to organize as I keep most of my stuff digital so the small size is perfect for me. I also like how it seals to protect against dust, dirt, and bugs. I, unfortunately, live in an apartment building that has an ongoing problem with cockroaches so having a sealed container for important papers is super important. I also like how they are stackable so if down the road I need more filing space I can just buy another one.

worth it

over the years I've purchased several portable filing boxes. This box, though smaller than preferred, turned out to be the best box I've used. Decent handle, tight clip to hold the lid closed. Hinge appears to be very good. Time will tell. Other boxes I have had came apart at the hinge or the closure clip. Some in the store were so bad they came apart as I was examining them. I have high hopes for this box - it was noticeably different when i picked it up and it was only a tad more expensive. So far, definitely worth it.
