Disappointed on recent purchase

I typically love the Donut Shop decaf coffee, but for some odd reason the k-pods I just purchased turns off my Keurig & punctures a hole on the side leaving coffee grinds and doesn’t complete making my coffee. It must be the k-pods because my boyfriends k-pods of another coffee flavor works just fine.
