Adequate for the job

We change client file folder colors each year. It makes it easy to pick out the year going to archive. I found two boxes of these folders in my local store at a reduced price so I saved a bit of money on this year's folders. Just bought another box to keep as extras. The card stock used is flimsier and lighter than regular folders but will still do the job. Our folders are not constantly being taken out and handled - they are only used for one tax year. And it doesn't hurt to have something that is earth friendly. These may not be sturdy enough for files that are handled a lot over several years but they work for us as a one-year folder.

Inconvenience.

I ordered these folders online after making a trip to Staples-Las Cruces NM and they were out of stock. I went home and ordered online and was notified they would be delivered by Friday June 3. I went back to the store on Saturday and no one could find my order. I left without the folders. I called back on Sunday June 5 to ask if they were in the store and was told "We don't get deliveries on Sunday" I said I know that I am just checking to see if they are there. He came back and said they were. I'm sure they were there on Saturday but I guess it was easier to say they were not. I made a third trip back on Monday June 6 and finally got my order. What is the purpose of ship to store if this is what I have to go through. Not exactly a convenience.

Just what I needed but not for all

I needed to sort a lot of papers and then carry them to meetings. These folders worked perfectly. They are thin & lightweight so good for lugging around. And I love that they are 100% recycled materials. However they are flimsy and I expect would never stand up to normal use. They feel like they'd rip and bend easily.

The folders are very good quality and definitely not flimsy. Even better is the fact that they’re sustainable 100% made of recycled sources and not dyed or processed in a way that wastes water. Sustainability is important to me and to our employees. It’s one more little way to raise morale.
