I wish that the file folders were made out of thicker paper but I was glad to be able to purchase recycled material.

These folders are a touch lighter-weight than traditional manila folders but for me that's a plus.

These are thinner than regular manilla folders but for holding papers in an file drawer they work just fine. To lable them I would suggest white stickers. Wtiting on the dark tabs makes it hard to read.

Handy and Economical and Earth-Friendly

I am using the file folders to set up my taxes for 2012. These folders are economical and sturdy enough to handle personal files. I put them in hanging folders and there is plenty of room for several in each folder. the best reason to buy these folders is the earth-friendly aspect. We don't need more "stuff" to go into the land fills and these will biodegrade just fine.

Flimsy & Expensive. And diffuclt to read writing in ink on the tab. Maybe good for a single use that doesn't need to be kept but I will be retunring them. I need files that are durable.
