They work quite well but it helps the subject to be more noticable if you add a little color to the tab for locating what you are looking for

We think the Sustainable Earth Brand Natural Brown folders are a win-win for our companies. First of all who doesn't feel a little better trying to minimize their impact on the environment? These folders being 100 percent recycled make a huge impact on our business consumption. Plus we like the look of the natural brown coloring. When you add the fact that they are slightly cheaper than the regular manilla folders it becomes a no-brainer for this office manager! They also hold up well. We have had no issues with their quality.

I use these in my law office. I try to be as environmentally friendly as I can so these 100% post consumer recycled folders are just what we need. They are a bit flimsy but they just sit in a file cabinet with papers in them so no need for over- engineering. I buy them regularly even though they may be more expensive than standard because it is worth saving some oxygen for my kids.
