The tip is super fine. The ink stream is quite narrow making the writing faint. The tip is also sharp enough to go through the paper. Not what I’d expected. These go straight into the giveaway bag.

I did a rotation at a hospital that used these pens in their pharmacy. They lent me one and I loved it so much I bought a box of them for myself. Sometimes it smudges but overall it writes smoothly! the grip is nice too. I love carrying a bunch of these around in my white coat and my backpack. and they're inexpensive so I'm not afraid to lose them when lending them out.
