So much better than generic

I have used both the generic versions of these shipping labels and the Avery version. The Avery version is superior - hands down. The Avery label easily goes through my printer without the labels peeling off and without the stiff paper getting jammed. The labels easily cover up old labels on packages without previous shipping information showing through. The generic labels consistently don't cover up the old shipping information completely. Best of all, when I apply the label to the package, it doesn't feel as if it is going to come off somewhere in the postal system. Generic labels don't give me that same level of comfort.

Very disappointed in Avery! These labels do not stick. They peel away and I must use cellophane tape to keep them fixed to standard kraft-style envelopes.

I like the idea of being able to "recycle" by using the Avery Trueblock labels instead of trying to pull off the old label, which never really looked that nice

Tacky move on Avery's part to stop putting information on the backside of these shipping labels. It is now impossible to tell which side you have to print on without handling each and every sheet to determine how to put it into the printer - that costs a lot in wasted time, and that translate into money. TACKY MOVE, AVERY!
