The Internet connection in TWO of the Staples locations nearest to me (both far away now) are utterly HORRIBLE. I had trouble emailing my doc and also getting the printme codes. I wasted over 1 1'2 hours there...and many miles of driving... You need to fix or NIX this so called "service")
