colored file folders should be 2 tone like the picture shows

I am very disappointed that these dont match the picture of the item. I expected that the inside color was lighter than the outside making it easier to see what is written. Its not 2 tone but all the darker color. Not what was pictured so I cant use them.

Not as heavy stock as I was hoping. I was using it for a Valentine project and was disappointed that the inside was not pink like shown in the picture.
