Dear Staplites I gotta tell you the multi-colored file folders I ordered online for pickup at my local Staples are up to the task! They get handled every day in and out of their box and they're strong enough so the writing on them does not fade...exactly what I needed and with a package large enough so we don't have to worry about being supplied for a long time. Your staff at the Main Street Norwalk CT store are excellent. They are informed about the products (in-store or over the phone) and product locations in the store. I had one fellow answer my telephone question comprehensively and then put a product I was to the store for up at the register.
