These folders do not work for me. They stand up too high in my files blocking the file names. I also do not like the messy look it gives my organization. I wish I had not opened them and written on them before I noticed the issue.

The colors make it very easy to catch sight of the particular folder I want. And the label tabs in different locations also make it easy to spot the particular folder I want. Though I keep the files in alphabetical order I don't always remember what category I considered that something belonged. Files that I've had for years give me no trouble in remembering what's where but as I age I find that the contents of newly added files don't always stick in my memory so the vivid colors and easy-to-read label spaces of these files are a big help.

The Colored Top-Tab Folders make filling my business receipts for the year a lot easier to see and takes less time to fill the papers in my business. I divide the folders into quarters and use a different color for each month.
