4s to me mean routine excellence; like 'easy find straight-forward help from clerks and decent price ' which this purchase was. A 5 is for something outstanding like when store/online personnel go out of their way to help solve a problem and/or they demonstrate a strong degree of caring about what they do. Lotsa pressure to give out 5s. But it seems to me management should be thoroughly pleased with well-earned 4s.
I am doing some home remodeling and I like having the colored file folders as I have found I can quickly pick up the file I need to look at just by the color of the folder.
