The folders are good bot they can not handle files with too many papers in them. A file with more than 8 to 10 pages doesn't fit into the guide slot very well.

Your staff at the Main Street Norwalk CT store are excellent. They are informed about the products (in-store or over the phone) and product locations in the store. I had one fellow answer my telephone question comprehensively and then put a product I was to the store for up at the register. While it took awhile to locate this the end result was just exactly what I wanted/needed. I have files begun with these folders and wanted to continue with them as a sort of directory of subject matter. Also when I was having trouble finding this an employee was very helpful as they always are at this location. This Staples set the standard.
