I wanted to exchange plastic file folders for paper file folders without a receipt. It took a little doing but the support staff continued to convince the computer to make it happen. I think it is wonderful to work with a store that will continue to work with the customers the way the manager at Missoula Staples worked for me.

The folders are OK - the problem is that the folders were located in a very different part of the store from all other office supplies - behind cleaning supplies - and the section wasn't labeled. So the in-store shopping experience was frustrating.
